1: Solar motion wall light,solar spot light, solar garden light has become ordinary consumer goods, 0.3% damage rate is within acceptable situation.
2: Solar street light,solar plaza light are consider as durable consumer goods, 0.2% damage rate are pardonable.
We provide 3 years warranty in case of Non-artificial quality questions.
During first year, we provide free accessories and freight charge will be paid by our factory.
During second year we provide free accessories or send new items, and freight charge should be paid by customers
Out of warranty period, all expense for repair and shipping cost should be paid by customers.
Replace products and refund payment:
All specification of products should be subject to requests of confirmed PI contents.
We can accept the replacement of goods when such below situation
Input voltage does not correspond with confirmed invoice.
Color temperature does not correspond with confirmed invoice。
Dimension of products does not correspond with confirmed invoice。
All products from Auroras Lighting with a 12 numbers coding or the batch number to identify the lamp producer and production date.
Please collect the damaged lamp, give us an report with photos. We send new power supply or 0.3% new lamps with bulk order, so you can help your customers immediately.
Decline of lamp / driver life:
Decline of our lamp is within 3% of initial brightness within 3000Hrs when environment working temperature is 23 Celsius degree.
Decline of our lamp is within 5% of initial brightness within 5000Hrs when environment working temperature is 23 Celsius degree.
When environment working temperature is over 40 Celsius degree. Lifetime of our driver is 18000~24000Hrs.
